Owen developed his technical foundation at a local BMW dealership, where he earned Master Technician status through rigorous factory training and hands-on experience. He has a particular strength in electrical diagnostics and complex troubleshooting, areas that demand both analytical precision and a deep understanding of modern vehicle systems. In addition to his manufacturer-level credentials, Owen holds ASE and ACT Master Technician certifications, along with the L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification—an indication of his expertise in diagnosing and resolving high-level drivability and emissions-related issues.
